Call for the 2016 WEN North Texas Board of Directors Nominations

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pursuant to the WEN-NT Bylaws, this form is a request for nominations
for the 2016 WEN-NT Board of Directors. You can be a leader in WEN-NT by
serving on the Board and contributing to the success of our growing
organization. A Board position is the ultimate networking opportunity.
The Deadline for nominations is set for 5 pm, Wednesday, September 30,
2015.

If you are interested in serving on the WEN-NT Board or nominating
someone for a Board position, please provide the information below via

(3) reasons why
nomination is made or position is desired;
(4) brief statement of
qualifications for position; and
(5) brief statement of involvement
or interest in WEN-NT.

The Board Commitment:

In the past, the Board has held monthly one-hour conference calls,
except for two months during the year when there are in-person Board
meetings. The in-person Board meetings are held during the day or in the
evening. Board members estimate the general time commitment averages
about one hour each week for committee work. Some positions require more
time than others. Please consider participating in the future of WEN-NT
by serving on the Board.

Required: You must be a current member of WEN North Texas in good
standing to be accepted as a nominee for service to the Board. If your
membership has lapsed then please renew before submitting nomination.
