of U-Dial,
their manual dialing system. U-Dial was designed from the ground up
to address the FCC clarifications (to the original TCPA) released in
June of 2015 on the use of Automated Telephone Dialing Systems (ATDS).
U-Dial is at the forefront of commercially available survey research
tools that meet the needs of call centers while alleviating TCPA
compliance concerns.

U-Dial is able to play pre-recorded sound files through the phone to the
respondent. U-Dial is compatible with SIP or analog/digital telephony
networks.
