2016 Canada’s Best Restroom Winner Sees Boom in Business
Nominations for the 2017 contest are open now through June 16
MISSISSAUGA , Ontario–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Last year, the Whitecourt Esso Super Station was named Canada’s Best
Restroom® by Cintas
Canada, Ltd., and its owner has already
seen a boom in business. Whitecourt took home the top toilet throne for
its decorative lighting and eye-catching wall tiles, paired with sleek
countertops.
“Since winning the contest, we have seen an increase in business despite
the continuing poor economic situation here in Alberta,” said Landon

Every day, the Whitecourt Esso Super Station has new customers stopping
in to see the award-winning restrooms, as well as many returning ones.

station and the town of Whitecourt.

This contest is open to any non-residential
restroom in Canada that is accessible to the general public. Entries
will be judged based on five criteria: cleanliness, visual appeal,
innovation, functionality and unique design elements. Stay tuned this

favourite. The winner will receive the royal restroom treatment from
Cintas with $2,500 in facility services.
