2016 Radio Disney Music Awards to Be Sponsored by Cheddar Goldfish® Crackers, KRAFT® Macaroni and Cheese Shapes, and Star Stable

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Disney Media Sales and Marketing will connect its clients with music’s
biggest event for families — the 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA)
— through sponsorships spanning television, digital, mobile and social
platforms. The brands sponsoring both the Disney Channel and Disney XD
premiere event telecasts are: BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages, Cheddar Goldfish®
crackers, KRAFT® Macaroni and Cheese Shapes, and Star Stable.

The RDMA event takes place SATURDAY, APRIL 30 at the Microsoft
Theater in Los Angeles and a special two-hour telecast, “Disney Channel
Presents the 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards,” will be presented SUNDAY,
MAY 1
(7:00-9:00 p.m., EDT) in the U.S. and thereafter, in 159
countries. Highlights will also be available on Radio Disney, the Radio
Disney App, Disney Channel App and RadioDisney.com.

The show will feature performances by some of the biggest artists along
with tomorrow’s rising stars in music and the presentation of the
uniquely Radio Disney “ARDY” statuette winners, as voted on by fans
globally. Sponsorship highlights include:

Cheddar Goldfish® crackers – presenting sponsor of the custom “RDMA
Backstage Bash Sweepstakes
” with a Grand Prize of a trip to Los
Angeles for one lucky winner and three guests to enjoy backstage access
to the VIP lounge powered by Cheddar Goldfish® crackers and VIP
seats during the RDMA show. Twenty-five first place winners will receive
a Cheddar Goldfish® crackers prize pack. The sweepstakes will be
featured across Disney Channel, Disney XD and its social media
platforms. Cheddar Goldfish® crackers is also sponsoring the
category “So Happy – Best Song That Makes You Smile.”

KRAFT® Macaroni and Cheese Shapes — sponsor of the custom “RDMA-zing
Sweepstakes,” providing one Grand Prize winner and three guests a trip
to Los Angeles to attend the RDMA event, hang out in the Fan Zone, and
go to the official 2016 RDMA After Party. The sweepstakes will be
promoted across Disney Channel, Disney XD and Radio Disney, as well as
digital and social media platforms. Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Shapes is
also sponsoring the category “You Know You Love Them – Best Music Group.”

Star Stable — sponsor of the “RDMA Be a Star” Sweepstakes providing one
Grand Prize winner with a trip to Los Angeles to attend and be a part of
the 2016 RDMA show. The winner will also receive a Star Rider for life
