Accelerated Wealth Announces Settlement with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Accelerated
Wealth Advisors, LLC (AW) announced that it has reached a settlement
to resolve an inquiry of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies
(DORA), Division of Securities. The inquiry involved administrative
matters related to a particular investment offering that took place
between 2012-2014. The inquiry did not find any financial wrongdoing
with AW client accounts and AW did not admit to any of the allegations.

The DORA inquiry involved an administrative agreement between AW and its
clients on specific legacy investment offerings. AW had already
addressed these matters internally for subsequent offerings including
reinforcing its governance oversight and processes.
