Mother 100 Best Companies list, ranking number 76, rising 11 spots
from 2015. The 100 Best Companies are featured in the October/November
issue of Working Mother and on workingmother.com. Allianz Life
was recognized for its outstanding leadership in creating progressive
programs for its work force, advancement of women professionals,
flexibility, child care and paid parental leave. Allianz Life employs
approximately 1,700 people in the Twin Cities metro area.

being a mother of two, Gates began volunteering nearly 10 years ago with
the Tubman family crisis and support services organization in
Minneapolis. She is currently on their board of directors as the
Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair. Gates also represented Allianz
Life by participating in a women’s leadership panel during a
professional development event in the Twin Cities, sharing her career
development insights with attendees. She also devotes time to mentoring
and coaching others across the organization.
