AOD Software Named Among Top 75 Best Workplaces for Women

Great Place to Work® and Fortune Report
Results from 2015 National Ranking

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AOD
Software
, delivering the industry’s leading integrated software
solution to senior care providers, today announced it ranks 68 among the
100 Best Workplaces for Women in the 2015 Fortune and Great Place
to Work® national survey.

“At AOD, we believe in providing all of our employees with a workplace
built on inclusion and empowerment,” said Aric Agmon, president and CEO
of AOD Software. “Ranking in the top 75 on Fortune and Great
Place to Work’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women validates our efforts in
creating an exceptional environment for our employees. We are truly
grateful for the talented workforce at AOD who deliver a superb client
experience that our clients love and have propelled our company to
become a leader in senior care software solutions.”

Companies were selected based on evaluations by more than 135,600 female
employees nationwide on the Great Place to Work’s Trust Index©
employee survey. Women considered everything from the fairness of their
company’s promotions to who has access to information and leadership,
the level of support for employees’ personal lives, and the degree of
inclusiveness and connection they feel with colleagues. Scores also take
into account how well represented women are within the workforce,
management and executive positions, how positively women experience
their workplace’s fairness, and how favorable women’s experiences are
compared to the 138,000 men also surveyed.

“The companies on this list are leaders who recognize the strategic
importance of creating workplaces that attract and support the best
talent in their industries,” says Michael Bush, CEO of Great Place to
Work® United States. “While specialized programs to support
women’s equal access to opportunity are often strategic, in many ways it
is just as important – and challenging for leaders – to establish a
pattern of inclusiveness throughout everyday workplace interactions
since these rely on everyone to overcome their blind spots. Ranking on
this list is a great indicator that these companies’ efforts to create
great workplaces are resonating throughout their teams.”

AOD’s priority for the well-being of its women employees during
important life events is shown through the allowance of three full
months for maternity, adoption and medical leave. Employees also
experience a positive work-life balance that qualifies them for
discounted gym memberships and generous paid vacation time that’s
available to new employees from day one. Employees of AOD are also
recognized for their success through awards and bonuses throughout the
year.
