Balfour Beatty Communities Receives Customer Service Excellence Honors from Navy Housing Residents

Beatty Communities
has been recognized for customer service
excellence across its Navy Southeast housing portfolio, earning both
Platinum A List Awards and A List Awards from CEL & Associates, Inc. as
a result of a comprehensive satisfaction survey recently conducted with
residents living in Navy Southeast family housing communities managed by
Balfour Beatty Communities.

“Everyone on our team knows that 100% resident satisfaction is our
goal,” said Balfour Beatty Communities senior vice president Anne-Marie
Niklaus. “These families sacrifice a great deal in support of our
country. We, in turn, want to do everything we can to not only provide
them with a safe, comfortable place to live, but to afford them services
and amenities that help them feel completely at home and cared for.”

As part of the survey, residents graded the company on all aspects of
living in Navy housing, from leasing and operations to housing unit
features, appearance and condition, as well as the quality of
maintenance services, resolution response time, resident communications,
and other important service criteria.

The 31 awards were earned at Balfour Beatty Communities-managed
properties at NWS Charleston (SC), NAS JRB Fort Worth (TX), NCBC
Gulfport (MS), NAS Jacksonville (FL), NAS Key West (FL), NSB Kings Bay
(GA), NAVSTA Mayport (FL), NSA Panama City (FL), NAS Pensacola (FL), and
NAS Whiting Field (FL).

The A List Awards for Customer Service were developed by CEL &
Associates, Inc. to recognize companies whose management performance and
commitment to the highest level and quality of customer service are
considered to be the best in the industry. CEL is the largest
independent surveyor of customer opinions in the real estate industry
and conducts more than 2,500,000 customer surveys annually to establish
service and performance benchmarks used throughout the U.S.
