with Hope Leadership Foundation (“HLF”) to promote financial literacy to
elementary school students in San Diego.
Once a week for the entire month of April, BofI employees will volunteer
to teach financial literacy courses to students at Laurel Elementary
School through an after-school program. The courses will focus on a
variety of financial literacy topics, including budgeting, basic banking
products and services, entrepreneurship, and financial independence.
This is the first year BofI is launching the Hope Leadership Academy at
Laurel Elementary School.
