Duke Energy Presents Winter Wonderland Holiday Light Show at Phillips Place

CHARLOTTE, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Regency Centers Corporation, (“Regency” or the “Company”), a national
owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored shopping centers, in
partnership with Lincoln Harris, one of the most accomplished
full-service real estate companies in the southeast, are proud to
present Duke Energy’s Winter Wonderland Holiday Light Show at Phillips
Place. Beginning December 3, the first of three different 3D light shows
will take place at Charlotte’s premier mixed-use development.

Events will be held on December 3, 10, and 17 and run from 7-9pm. This
is a free event and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring
unwrapped toys, as detachment of U.S. Marines will be on site with Toys
For Tots.

Each week will feature a new light show and include visits with Santa &
Mrs. Claus, holiday stilt walkers, elves, complimentary hot chocolate,
teddy bears, caroling and goodie bags for the kids.

Additional free parking is available at the Morrocroft Centre parking
deck located at 4064 Colony Road. Free shuttles will run every fifteen
minutes to and from Phillips Place from 6-10pm.

The Hampton Inn & Suites at Phillips Place will be transformed into a
six-story canvas with dramatic digital 3D holiday effects. The digital
effects will be combined with other special effects, including a 100
percent chance of snow in the forecast for South Park on show evenings.
