Gerstein Fisher to Host Women’s Leadership Forum on October 13th
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Investment management firm Gerstein Fisher will host its second annual
Women’s Leadership Forum today in New York City. The invitation-only,
half-day seminar will offer professional women practical tips for
nurturing their careers and finding their own brand of success.

Following opening remarks from Mr. Fisher, attendees will participate in
a case study discussion led by Professor Boris Groysberg of Harvard
Business School, an expert on human capital management and the author of
numerous articles and case studies focused on women in leadership roles.
Michelle Friedman, PCC, a certified executive coach and founder of
Advancing Women’s Careers, LLC, will then moderate a panel discussion
during which four professional women will share insights on their varied
paths to success.
Panelists will include Anne Morriss, CEO of GenePeeks, a genetic
information company focused on identifying inherited disease risk
through cutting-edge genetic research; Diana Sweeney, COO and Founding
Partner of EnergyWatch, Inc. and Executive Director of the New York
Energy Consumers Council; Michelle Ifill, Senior Vice President and
General Counsel of Verizon Corporate Services; and Allison Meiresonne,
President of Brand Partnerships at Man Made Music, a leading, bi-coastal
Sonic Branding Agency.
The session is designed to offer participants practical insights on
leadership, managing and working in teams, and professional development,
as well as an opportunity to network with a community of female leader
peers.
