Gianni Versace S.p.A. Names Jonathan Akeroyd CEO

MILAN–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Gianni Versace S.p.A. announced today that Jonathan Akeroyd has been
appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Akeroyd served as CEO of Alexander McQueen from 2004 until May 2016.
