GM Financial Provides Vehicle to Ronald McDonald House Houston

Company Expands Cool Cars for Remarkable Kids Program to Houston Area
to Support Transportation Needs

FORT WORTH, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#RMHCtravelsGeneral
Motors Financial Company, Inc.
(GM Financial or the “Company”) today
announced the expansion of its Cool Cars for Remarkable Kids program
in collaboration with Ronald McDonald House Houston, to address a unique
mobility challenge for children and families visiting the House. The
Company’s Cool Cars program enables families – many of whom have
traveled miles from their homes for medical treatment for their sick
children – to have access to GM Financial late-model vehicles for
transportation support during their stay.

We are pleased to extend our Cool Cars for Remarkable Kids program to
the families of Ronald McDonald House Houston,” said Dan Berce,
President and CEO of GM Financial. “Our goal with this program is to
ease the transportation challenges to and from treatment centers,
including visitors who may have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey. We
will also extend our support to the Ronald McDonald House of Galveston
later this year.”

Ronald McDonald House Houston, which opened in late 1981, joins other
Ronald McDonald House locations in Texas, North Carolina, Massachusetts
and Michigan to receive a Cool Car – all regions where the Company
maintains a significant commercial or employment presence. In total, GM
Financial plans to deliver approximately 30 vehicles nationwide through
this program in 2017.

As the Texas Medical Center’s pediatric care centers continue to grow,
there is an increased need for our services,” said Rick Noriega, CEO,
Ronald McDonald House Houston. “The Cool Cars for Remarkable Kids
program helps support seamless transportation for children and their
families between our Holcombe House flagship facility and their
treatment hospitals – another way we can fulfill our mission of
providing families with a place of comfort and support.”

Cool Cars for Remarkable Kids is one half of GM Financial’s Mobility
Initiative – a multifaceted effort focused on driving upward mobility in
communities across North America. This platform also includes KEYSSM
by GM Financial, which helps consumers unlock smarter financial futures
by bridging the financial literacy gap through a combination of live
community trainings and online financial education tools and resources.
