Cryotherapy, the dominant brand for whole body cryotherapy in the
USA, is proud to announce that it now has sold over 200 cryosaunas in 37
states, the District of Columbia and in over a half-dozen major markets
throughout the rest of the world. “This accomplishment, in the short
time since we formed the Company in June 2014, reflects the quality of
our leading edge equipment combined with our full service USA-based
service and support teams,” says Richard
Otto, Co-founder and CEO at Impact.
Impact distinguishes itself from distributors and resellers of
cryotherapy equipment produced outside the USA by having complete
end-to-end management of engineering, manufacturing and product
development. “Addressing safety and efficiency on a continuous
basis has produced numerous innovations specific to Impact cryosaunas,”
says Otto. “For example, software updates to the system continue to
enhance safety and efficiency. In addition, our ‘plug and play’ design
allows for on site, on time updates of key serviceable components.”
Impact has also sold its cryosaunas to dozens of professional sports
organizations, including teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB as well as in
SEC and ACC Division I national collegiate programs. “National and
International recognized sports luminaries dominate social
media referencing their use of whole body cryotherapy and now our
equipment has earned a place in the elite athletic sports training
rooms,” says Otto.
Impact’s customer certified training programs have also set new
standards for safe operations of cryosauna equipment. Impact teams
have conducted on-site training sessions for over 800 cryosauna
operators who have conducted over 400,000 sessions. The programs
also provide on-going communications to keep abreast of safe practices
among its customers via Impact’s account management team.
Impact Cryotherapy is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of
cryosaunas and services for consumers. To ensure that Impact
continuously complies with all rules and regulations, Impact formally
requested the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”)
evaluate the Impact cryosauna under the 513(g) Request for Information
process. The FDA officially confirmed that the Impact cryosauna is not
considered a regulated medical device and no medical claims should be
made relative to cryosauna use.
Impact Cryotherapy continues to set new standards for the industry
through innovations and customer support. “We are working on exciting
new developments to be announced in the coming months and encourage all
to continue accessing our recently redesigned website,” concludes Otto.
