VALENCIA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family
of real estate brokerage franchise networks, today announced that
independent brokerage Intero Real Estate Services of Santa Clarita has
joined the network operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices
California Properties.
The brokerage, founded in 2009, is known throughout the Santa Clarita
Valley for its well-trained agents, customer care and local-market
expertise. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, since its September 2013
launch, has grown to more than 40,000 agents and 1,200 offices in 47
