J.Jill Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

QUINCY, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–J.Jill, a leading omni-channel, nationally recognized women’s apparel
brand, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on
Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a
proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The registration
statement filed today represents J.Jill’s initial public filing pursuant
to the provisions of the Jumpstart our Business Startups (JOBS) Act of
2012. J.Jill has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock
Exchange under the ticker symbol “JILL”. The number of shares to be
offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been
determined.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies, are serving as joint
lead book-running managers and as representatives of the underwriters
for the proposed offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, RBC Capital
Markets, UBS Investment Bank, and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as
joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
