Judd P. Tirnauer Joins The Wet Seal, LLC as CFO

IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Wet Seal, LLC (“Wet Seal”, “the Company”), a specialty retailer of
apparel, footwear and accessories for young women, announced today that
it has named Judd P. Tirnauer as Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2016.

“Judd is a proven financial executive with an exceptional track record
in retail,” said Melanie B. Cox, Chief Executive Officer of Wet Seal.
“His addition is consistent with our strategy to rebuild and return Wet
Seal to its former position of prominence among its target customer base
of young women 18-24. Judd is the right person to assist me in leading
Wet Seal at this stage of our transformation, and we look forward to his
contributions to our success.”

Tirnauer, 47, brings to Wet Seal more than 15 years of leadership in
business operations and strategic planning. Most recently, he has served
as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Destination
Maternity, the nation’s largest specialty retailer of maternity apparel
where, in addition to leading the finance team, he also oversaw various
operational areas, including real estate, procurement and marketing
partnerships. Tirnauer has a Masters of Business Administration and a
Juris Doctorate from Widener University, and is a Certified Public
Accountant.

Tirnauer will succeed current Wet Seal Chief Financial Officer, Thomas
