“Get More, Nashville” marketing campaign strengthens brand awareness,
demonstrates power of national brand

NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#GetMoreKasasa®,
formerly BancVue, is painting Nashville red! Through a national
marketing campaign that launched in the Music City, Kasasa is raising
brand awareness and encouraging consumers to #GetMore from their
checking account by partnering with local community institutions that
offer its premium, rewards-based checking and savings account products.

Nashville is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, ranking
No. 4 by Forbes for employment growth exceeding 20 percent over
the last five years. Additionally, consumer demand across the country
for Kasasa accounts continues to rise, recently hitting its
one-millionth account. In fact, according to the 2015
Consumer Banking Insights (CBI) Study
, more than half of consumers
say rewards and few or no fees on checking and savings accounts are
important when choosing a financial institution.

These factors prompted Kasasa to launch an exciting marketing campaign
to further increase awareness among consumers and demonstrate the power
and local feel of Kasasa’s national brand. Kasasa institutions in
Nashville and surrounding areas are encouraged to participate in the
campaign by leveraging social media tools and website banners provided
by Kasasa. Additionally, those community banks and credit unions will
have access to discounted marketing and advertising resources to further
promote their services to local consumers.

“Competition within the financial services industry remains fierce
across the entire country, making it critical that community banks and
credit unions take advantage of every opportunity they have to
differentiate themselves,” said Gabe Krajicek, CEO of Kasasa. “By
tapping into the power of a nationally recognized brand like Kasasa,
institutions can collectively compete and take back the market share
with the rewards products consumers want. We’re excited to launch this
campaign in Nashville, and we look forward to further increasing
awareness with institutions in the area.”

Along with local community institutions that offer Kasasa accounts,
Kasasa will be immersed in the Nashville community as a sponsor for the
14th Annual Wine on the River on Saturday, Sept. 10 at the
Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge. The event will feature wine tastings
from around the globe, scenic views of the Cumberland River and downtown
Nashville, and live jazz music. Kasasa, in partnership with iHeart
Radio, will be onsite to host a photo booth, hand out hundreds of
dollars of giveaways and provide an opportunity to meet some of today’s
top radio personalities.

“Kasasa’s ‘Get More, Nashville’ campaign is an exciting initiative for
our community and we’re thrilled to be a part of it,” said Pam Tenpenny,
CEO of Life Credit Union. “Our members continue to enjoy the benefits of
Kasasa accounts, and this campaign will help raise awareness among other
Nashville locals that want more from their checking accounts.
Additionally, this is yet another example of Kasasa’s commitment to
community institutions like ours and their ability and enthusiasm to
actively promote Kasasa accounts with a truly local approach.”

Kasasa provides products and services that deliver superior value to
consumers. Its free, rewards-based checking and savings accounts require
no minimum balance and enable community banks and credit unions to
increase non-interest income, reduce overall expenses and compete with
large national banks. Kasasa accounts have a 92 percent annual retention
rate, which represents 33 percent lower attrition than the average free
checking account. Representing more than 2,488 branches across 47
states, Kasasa is the 6th largest branch banking network in the nation
if all its clients’ branches were combined into a single institution.

To be a part of the conversation on social media, financial institutions
and customers are encouraged to use the hashtags #GetMore and
