Kids II, Inc. Rethinks Baby Business with New Position and Appointment of Dave Calhoun as President

President joins leadership team to drive global consumer-focused
transformation

ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#atlanta–Kids II, best-known as the parent of Baby Einstein and for
forward-thinking design of global infant and toddler toys, is
reemphasizing its focus on baby and mom starting at the top with the
creation of a president role. The newly formed position, now filled by
Dave Calhoun, is one of many thoughtful steps the company is taking to
further connect with families across the globe.

Calhoun will oversee and ensure the internal alignment of the
organization’s employee, consumer and retailer-facing operations, which
includes global sales, sales operations, channel marketing, consumer and
digital marketing, consumer services, project management office and
human resources.

Leveraging the core values of Kids II, Calhoun will cultivate the
organization’s foundation starting within and with employees to enhance
and improve day-to-day operational business so the company can better
serve and create unique experiences for families in all areas of the
world.

With more than 20 years of experience running consumer-centric global
organizations, Calhoun comes to Kids II from Kleen-Tex Industries where
he was most recently president and COO. Prior to Kleen-Tex, Calhoun
spent a majority of his career on the leadership team as President,
North America at Larson-Juhl.

Calhoun will reside in Kids II’s global headquarters in Atlanta.
