LegalShield Announces Senior Leadership Appointment
Patrick Hodges Appointed SVP, People & Organization Development
ADA, Okla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–LegalShield, one of North America’s leading providers of affordable

families, and small businesses, announced today a senior leadership
appointment.
Patrick Hodges will assume the role of SVP, People and Organizational
Development effective April 1, 2017. In this new role, he will be
responsible for all aspects of organizational development and training
at LegalShield, including employees, associates and the provider network.
Patrick replaced Alan Fearnley, President Network Sales & Marketing in
July 2015, and subsequently reshaped the field leadership organization,
redesigned the promotional and compensatory structures and returned
Network Sales to growth after three years of decline. Over the past 21
months, Patrick has been instrumental in driving record-breaking growth,
including achievement of an all-time record high in membership.
In his new role, Patrick will work with CEO, Jeff Bell; Chief Commercial
Officer, James Rosseau; and LegalShield Board Members, Pete Jarvis and
John Addison, to articulate the organizational requirements of people
and structure and align the company’s direction to achieve the strategic
plan of Vision 2020. He will develop the organization, outline the
development of internal talent, identify gaps and needs for external
hires, and prepare the training to create an ongoing and sustainable
workforce and provider network.
