Management Changes in AB Electrolux

STOCKHOLM–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Regulatory News:

Electrolux (STO:ELUXA) (STO:ELUXB) has appointed Anna Ohlsson-Leijon,
currently CFO of the business area Major Appliances Europe, Middle East
and Africa (EMEA), as new Chief Financial Officer of AB Electrolux.
Electrolux has also appointed Ola Nilsson, currently head of the laundry
product line within Major Appliances EMEA, as new head of the business
area Small Appliances and Executive Vice President of AB Electrolux.

Anna Ohlsson-Leijon succeeds Tomas Eliasson, who as previously announced
is leaving the company to pursue an external opportunity. Ola Nilsson
succeeds Henrik Bergström, who will work on special assignment reporting
to the CEO. Ola Nilsson’s appointment is effective as of March 1, 2016,
and Anna Ohlsson-Leijon’s appointment as of April 1, 2016. They will
both be members of Group Management, reporting to the President and CEO,
Jonas Samuelson.

experience from financial functions throughout Electrolux. As CFO of
Major Appliances EMEA, she has been responsible for driving the
strategic agenda and was a key contributor to the earnings improvement

Anna Ohlsson-Leijon joined Electrolux in 2001 as Director of Project
Management. She has since held senior management positions including
head of the Group’s internal audit function from 2005, Group Treasurer
from 2008, and Head of Corporate Control & Services from 2011. She was
appointed CFO of Major Appliances EMEA in 2013. She is a Swedish citizen
and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
the University of Linköping, Sweden.

Ola Nilsson joined Electrolux in 1994 and held positions in various
Group functions before moving to Asia-Pacific to eventually become CFO
and later Managing Director of Small Appliances in Australia. From 2003,
he held management positions in Small Appliances based in Stockholm, and
was appointed President Asia-Pacific within the Small Appliances
business area in 2008. Ola Nilsson took up his present position in 2012.
He is a Swedish citizen and holds a Master of Science degree in
International Business Administration from the University of Lund,
Sweden.
