Community designed to connect individuals battling cancer
DALLAS & SUN VALLEY, Idaho–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#CancerConnect–The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) now offers a

“We’ve listened to various women battling this devastating cancer asking
for a platform to share similar experiences and that’s why we’re so
excited to launch NOCC CancerConnect Community. We believe it will play
an emotional and supportive role in the treatment of ovarian cancer,”

is to provide a safe, anonymous social media community where survivors
can learn from other survivors.”
The NOCC CancerConnect Community will provide a secure
environment where these individuals can share information, provide
support, and validate their experience with others as they learn to
manage and cope with their situation.
“Women with ovarian cancer and their families need ongoing access to
information and support,” explains Charles Weaver, MD, a medical
oncologist and CEO of OMNI Health Media. “We are pleased that leading
advocacy groups like the NOCC continue to select CancerConnect
as the preferred social media application.”
