New Rain-X® Latitude® Water Repellency Wiper Blades for Dramatically Improved Wet Weather Driving Visibility Now Available Nationwide

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Rain-X continues to outsmart the elements, announcing the new line of
Rain-X® Latitude® Water Repellency wiper blades that combine the proven
wipe quality of Rain-X Latitude wiper blades with a water repelling
coating to deliver even better driving visibility.

repelling effect of our Original Glass Water Repellent treatment and how
much it improves visibility in wet weather driving conditions,” says

in our Latitude wiper blades as well.”

This unique water repelling coating is applied directly to the
windshield by the wipers and it lasts for months. In tests conducted by
a major university, drivers’ response time improved by a full second or
more when the windshield was treated with Rain-X Glass Water Repellent.
At highway speeds, this amounts to almost four car lengths of extra
stopping distance.

In addition to water repellency, the new Latitude wiper blades come with
a first in class pre-installed Universal Adaptor that fits the majority
of vehicles on the road without requiring any additional adaptor parts.
Many consumers struggle with complicated wiper blade adaptor systems
when installing new blades, often confused by additional adaptor parts
packaged with the blade. The new and improved pre-installed Rain-X
Universal Adaptor system eliminates this confusion and introduces a
