New Ruby’s Diner Food Truck Serves up OC and LA

Truck To Offer Signature Ruby’s Menu Items at Special Events and
Parties

IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ruby’s
Diner, recently voted best gourmet burger by the OC Register for
2015, is taking to the streets of Orange County and Los Angeles with its
first ever Ruby’s Diner Food Truck.

The Ruby’s Diner Food Truck, a 24-foot long, 12-foot wide diner on
wheels, is fully equipped to cook America’s favorite burgers, fries and
shakes.

The Ruby’s Truck will feature the classic single and double Deluxe
Burger, which can be ordered a la carte or in a combo served with chips
and a drink. Parties can customize their menu with Fries, and various
burger add-ons like avocado and bacon by request for an additional fee.

– The Deluxe Burger: A juicy premium USDA Choice beef burger patty
topped with crisp iceberg lettuce, fresh tomato, a slice of American
cheese and RubysDeluxeSauce.

– The Double Deluxe Burger: Two juicy delicious USDA Choice beef burger
patties topped with crisp iceberg lettuce, fresh tomato, two slices of
American cheese and RubysDeluxeSauce.

– Signature Ruby’s Milkshakes: Creamy ice cream and milk hand blended
with a choice of chocolate, vanilla, strawberry or Oreo and topped with
whipped cream.

The Ruby’s Diner Food Truck can be reserved for a variety of events
including company meetings, graduations, family reunions, Birthday
Parties, FUNraisers, Holiday parties and more. Ruby’s recommends that
you reserve the truck at least two to three months in advance.
