the Newegg Premier Seller program. The program integrates marketplace
sellers with Newegg’s Premier Program.

The Newegg Premier Seller program is not open to all sellers. Interested
sellers are screened and evaluated based on key performance indicators,
including a customer satisfaction rating of 4 or greater. Additionally,
sellers must keep 100% of their inventory in stock, and ship 90% of
their orders within 24 hours (and ship 100% of all orders within 48
hours).
