NewsON Launches WatchNewsON.com, Streaming Live Local News Online from Over 175 U.S. TV Stations

Free NewsON Site Gives Local News Devotees a Place to View Live
Broadcasts from Any PC or Mobile Device, Complementing NewsON App

LAS VEGAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–NewsON
today announced the launch of its new website, WatchNewsON.com,
featuring news broadcasts from 175 stations around the country.
Complementing the NewsON app, the website gives anyone access to
free live, local news from any web browser on PCs, Apple
or Android
smartphones, Amazon tablets and smart TVs.

Viewers can search WatchNewsON.com by city, zip code or station name on
any supported web browser to find stations currently broadcasting live
news within the area of their choice.

NewsON comprises 175 stations in 113 markets covering 84% of the
U.S. population, including 48 of the top 50 markets and 89 out of the
top 100 markets.

NewsON is the first-of-its-kind service that provides consumers
with access to live and on-demand local newscasts as well as local news
clips on mobile, web and connected TV devices. NewsON is a free,
ad-supported app featuring flexible navigation that encourages
discovery, offering instant access to broadcast-quality video. It also
enables users to search by market via an interactive map and for curated
content linking coverage of breaking news events from multiple stations.

In addition to the current search, news clip and video clip features, NewsON
will be announcing additional features in 2017.
