P.F. Chang’s Continues Its Global Expansion with the Opening of Its 25th Restaurant in Mexico

Milestone opening marks the fifth international restaurant to open in
2017

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–P.F. Chang’s, where dishes are made from scratch every day, today
announced the opening of its 25th restaurant in Mexico. The
milestone opening in Mexico City with licensee Alsea is especially
meaningful because Mexico is where P.F. Chang’s in 2009 first introduced
its unique style of Asian cuisine outside of the U.S. P.F. Chang’s has
opened five international restaurants this year, including its 24th
in Mexico last week in Tampico.

“P.F. Chang’s and its Farm to Wok food philosophy, where our chefs at
every restaurant use real, whole, fresh ingredients that are hand cut at
the restaurant every day, continues to resonate with people around the

Mexico is also the first country where P.F. Chang’s introduced a full
sushi menu in 2013 and delivery service in 2015. In addition to 25
restaurants in Mexico, Alsea currently operates eight additional P.F.
Chang’s restaurants throughout Latin America, including in Brazil,
Chile, Colombia and Argentina.

In addition to the two most recent openings in Mexico, in 2017 P.F.
Chang’s has opened restaurants in Brazil, Korea and the United Arab
Emirates.
