Park Lane to Open Private Lounge at Ala Moana Center This Winter
HONOLULU–(BUSINESS WIRE)–This winter, Park
Lane Ala Moana, Honolulu’s newest premium condominium development,
will open a private lounge for their residents at Hawaii’s premier
shopping destination, Ala Moana Center.
The Owners’ Lounge is hosted by Park Lane Ala Moana developers and will
offer a personal concierge service and team of Park Lane residential
specialists to assist with shopping, packaging and delivery. The lounge
will also feature a children’s playroom and host private events for
residents. Refreshments, such as fine wines, snacks, and other light
fare will be served.

Park Lane will be built on the site of Ala Moana Center’s new expansion
wing, which now hosts the state’s only Bloomingdale’s, a newly revamped
Nordstrom and several other soon-to-arrive additions, including Cartier,
St. John and Escada. Because of its singular location, Park Lane is the
only development in Hawaii to feature direct access to the
Bloomingdale’s wing through an elevator reserved exclusively for owners.
