Piada and Sprint Are Latest to Announce Leases at The Shoppes at Parma
PARMA, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–PECO Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that Piada Italian
Street Food and Sprint are the two newest tenants committed to join The
Shoppes at Parma in summer 2017. The two businesses will be located in
front of the Walmart Supercenter along West Ridgewood Drive in a newly
constructed multi-tenant building that will also house a third tenant
yet-to-be-announced.
Piada Italian Street Food is an authentic fast-casual Italian eatery
coupled with a modern restaurant design. “The new 2,537-square-foot
Piada will be another great addition to The Shoppes at Parma’s growing
lineup of restaurants and retailers. The fast-growing restaurant company
currently has more than 30 locations and we are thrilled to have them be
a part of our development,” said Robyn Hays, Vice President of Leasing
