Premier Women in Engineering Conference Opens Call for Speakers

IEEE Women In Engineering International Leadership Conference reveals
2017 dates, seeks speakers to lead global dialogue around women in
technology and engineering

PISCATAWAY, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The IEEE
Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference
(WIE ILC),
today announced details of its 2017 conference and call for speakers.
IEEE WIE ILC will be held May 22 – 23, 2017, at the San
Jose Convention Center
, San Jose, Calif.

“The IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference has
been warmly embraced by the global women in STEM community. Now entering
its fourth year, we’re excited to gather some of the world’s most
powerful, innovative thought leaders together once again to share ideas

Launched in 2013, IEEE WIE ILC, produced by IEEE Women in
Engineering (WIE), seeks to promote the professional development of
mid-level women engineers, entrepreneurs, technologists and top
executives.

IEEE WIE ILC is distinguished by its goal to advance a global
conversation among the leadership, technology, academic and
scientific aspects of women in technology and engineering.
 
With topics ranging from entrepreneurship, disruptive technology,
innovation and executive leadership, 2017 IEEE WIE ILC is an
opportunity for established leaders, mid-career professionals, and
those just entering the workforce to propose thought-provoking ideas
and exchange practical expertise that can help propel their
