Mr. Zenor brings more than 29 years of experience and an advanced
understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies from his roles at Alorica
(formerly West Corporation) and Infogroup, where he has served in
numerous roles. In his previous role as Senior Vice President of
Information Technology at Infogroup, he led the adoption of Service
Oriented Architecture and directed the re-architecture of three
products, where his team primarily focused on development, maintenance,
and system availability of customer-facing web applications, APIs, smart
phone applications, and physical product delivery to end users.
