premium laptops to the award winning ATIV Book 9 line: the ATIV Book 9
Pro and ATIV Book 9 Spin. The Pro is the ultimate performance
powerhouse, a smart investment for anyone looking to balance the power
of a desktop with the practicality of a touch enabled notebook. The Spin
has a 360⁰ rotating touch display, making it the smart choice for those
who demand versatility.

Stunning Touch Displays
Samsung utilizes real time HDR enhancements to optimize brightness and
contrast for all content on both devices, enabling users to see clearer,
crisper images and text. The Pro’s 4k display and Spin’s QHD+ display
allow for a comfortable and vivid viewing experience. Both new PCs also
support Samsung’s Outdoor Mode, delivering up to 700nit of superior
brightness on Spin (500nit on Pro), allowing users to see clearly in
even the most direct sunlight.
Built for maximum portability and productivity
Both the ATIV Book 9 Pro and ATIV Book 9 Spin designs are lightweight
with durable aluminum shells, making them easy to slip into a bag,
briefcase or backpack to carry between meetings and classes.
Featuring a 360° hinge, the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Spin supports three
unique modes of use: traditional laptop, tented screen and tablet. Each
mode features a touch screen and technology that allows the display and
keyboard to quickly adjust based on the mode, instantly increasing the
user’s productivity.
Additionally, Samsung has further improved the ergonomic keyboard on
both laptops by offering multiple, integrated one-touch activations for
security features and easy mode switching. This allows users to shave
time off tasks with easy shortcuts. The keyboard curves to fit and
cradle the user’s fingers, resulting in a more comfortable and efficient
typing experience.
Incredible performance and multimedia experience
These premium PCs both utilize Intel® ultra-fast 6th
Generation Core™ i7 processors, precisely designed for super-slim,
ultra-portable and high performance devices with speeds up to 2.50 GHz
(ATIV Book 9 Spin) and 2.60 GHz (ATIV Book 9 Pro). With solid state
drive storage of 256GB, the devices provide ample space for all of a
user’s computing and multimedia needs.
Both devices feature easily accessible ports for HDMI, headphones,
microphones, memory cards and USBs. For additional convenience, the ATIV
Book 9 Pro features a USB Type C Connector, tailored for a variety of
ports and connection to multiple devices.
Ideal for entertaining and multimedia, the ATIV Book 9 Pro utilizes
Wi-Fi Booster v2, so that streaming can happen even when the environment
does not offer a strong wireless connection. The PC also features NVIDIA
graphics and a 4k display, bringing all content to life. Dynamic
quad-speakers boost the audio, delivering perfect harmony.
Pricing and availability
The ATIV Book 9 Pro will be available for an MSRP of $1,599 beginning in
November 2015. The ATIV Book 9 Spin will be available for an MSRP of
$1,399, also beginning in November 2015. These 2 models will be
available exclusively on Samsung.com and Best Buy.
