Comprehensive Program to Improve Quality of Life for Individuals with
Intellectual Disabilities

WESTMINSTER, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AxisPoint

other risk-bearing entities, today announced that the Texas
Department of Aging and Disability Services
(DADS) has contracted

for this unique population.

AxisPoint Health will provide services to over 3,000 individuals across
the state with wide-ranging and complex care needs. AxisPoint Health

associations and engaging key stakeholders.

“The ability to coordinate and integrate care across the continuum on an

AxisPoint Health’s care teams are comprised of experienced care
managers, behavioral health specialists, and medical directors that
conduct and analyze thorough individual assessments to proactively
identify gaps in care and effectively prioritize care management
resources.

“Our engagement with DADS is a significant one, and a result of our
strong partnership and success with the State of Texas Health and Human
Services Commission,” said Dr. Ron Geraty, CEO, AxisPoint Health.
