The Connection® Provides over 800 Backpacks for Kids Grades K-8

BURNSVILLE, Minn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Connection® (,
a leader in contact center outsourcing, call center consulting, and
training and development services, distributed over 800 backpacks to
children heading back to school.

The Connection® hosted its second annual Back-to-School Backpack program
as part of our commitment to give back to the community through our
employees. In total, The Connection® filled and distributed over 800
backpacks containing 10,776 crayons, 5,040 pencils, 449 scissors, 356
folders, 178 binders, and many more school supplies, to prepare children
and grandchildren of The Connection® employees for their first day of
school. All employees in the corporate office located in Burnsville, MN,
Jamestown, New York, Olean, New York, and Rockford, Illinois call center
locations were encouraged to take part, with participation in the
program nearly doubling since its inaugural year in 2015. “Our employees
