his prior firm, and Napoli joins from Standard & Poor’s LLC, where he
served as legal and compliance counsel. They join as partner and senior

“Our new colleagues bring a wealth of insurance knowledge that both
complements and augments our existing capabilities. Ongoing changes in

corporate transactional lawyer with a particular focus on structured
finance and derivative products, including asset-backed securities,
structured credit, credit default swaps and other derivatives
transactions.

“I am very enthusiastic about bringing my practice to Thompson Hine,”
said Ansehl. “Having worked with attorneys from the firm, I am confident
that my clients will appreciate the expansive platform of services
available here, including the capital markets and corporate securities
groups. I am impressed by the firm’s synergistic approach to client
service, and I look forward to providing value and solutions to clients
as well as developing new opportunities.” Napoli added, “I am pleased to
be able to assist Bob with his practice as part of the overall Thompson

reputation for problem solving naturally complement Thompson Hine’s
innovative approach to delivering superior service and value.”

Law Institute, National Conference of Commissioners of Uniform State
Laws on Article 4A, which governs funds transfers and payment orders
issued electronically. He has also been a member of several advisory
