Acquires Arbor Occupational Medicine in Boulder

BOULDER, Colo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–U.S.
HealthWorks
, one of the largest operators of occupational health and
urgent care centers in the United States, announced it has acquired
Arbor Occupational Medicine in Boulder, Colorado.

Arbor Occupational Medicine operates four occupational care
centers with ancillary physical therapy services in the Front Range
region.

The acquisition gives U.S. HealthWorks its first presence in Colorado.
These four centers will enable U.S. HealthWorks to deliver high quality
occupational health care to patients in the Front Range region and
brings the total number of U.S. HealthWorks medical and worksite clinics
to 231 nationwide in 21 states.

The acquired centers are located at:

  • 1860 Industrial Circle, Suite D, Longmont
  • 1690 30th Street, Boulder
  • 290 Nickel Street, Suite 200, Broomfield
  • 8200 E. Belleview #428 C, Greenwood Village

Arbor Occupational Medicine has been part of the Boulder community since
1992 and maintains a strong reputation for the great care it provides
and the relationships it has built. The facilities will continue to
offer a wide range of occupational health services to industries
including municipalities, school districts, universities, retail,
wholesale, construction and manufacturing.
