materials, today announced the hire of Catherine M. Hoang as account
manager for HORN Care Elements. HORN continues to build momentum with
the news of Hoang joining its technical sales team. As an account
manager specializing in the personal care industry, Hoang will provide
added technical sales support for beauty and cosmetics companies
throughout the West Coast.

Hoang brings to HORN a decade of technical sales expertise in personal

applications. She joins HORN from Chemtec Chemical Company where she
served the Western U.S. as an account manager. During her tenure, she
demonstrated success in long-term and rapid product developments with
double-digit growth.
