Oskar Blues’ Fooderies Delivers a ‘Two-Fer’ in Denver with the Opening of CHUBurger RiNo And Hotbox Roasters CBD Café

CHUBurger’s ‘fast-craft-casual’ concept pairs locally-raised meats
with local brews, while Hotbox Roasters Café serves up high-quality
coffee, beer, doughnuts and home-baked goodness

DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#CHUBloveOskar
Blues Fooderies
celebrates its move into Denver with two new
offerings, located adjacent to each other, in Denver’s RiNo district.
CHUBurger RiNo is a fast-craft-casual concept dishing up mouth-watering
and locally sourced food – quickly and affordably. Its neighbor, Hotbox
Roasters CBD (coffee, beer, doughnuts) Café is Hotbox Roasters’ first
brick and mortar store. The café serves high-quality, fair-trade,
single-sourced coffee, chef inspired doughnuts, home-fried hand pies,
new Nitro Cold Brew and coffee-infused Oskar Blues beers.

“We couldn’t be more excited about bringing these two restaurants to
Denver,” said chef and partner, Jason Rogers. “Our first CHUBurger in
Longmont has been a huge success, which led us to serving CHUBurgers at
Coors Field in Denver. At our new RiNo location, Denver fans can now get
the greatest, tastiest, craftiest casual food they’ve had from any
burger joint, all year long. Our guests will love Hotbox Roasters Café
too – because who wouldn’t dig a trifecta of coffee, beer and doughnuts,
plus home-fried hand pies?”

CHUBurger
RiNo
offers inventive burgers, crafted with from-the-farm-fresh
ingredients, inspired by Hops and Heifers pilot ranch program. Customers
can nosh on hand cut fries, served plain or in combination with roasted
shoshito peppers for a fresh and spicy twist. Beef lovers won’t want to
venture far from the signature CHUBurger, but there’s plenty more on the
menu. The BUFFburger is made with fresh, all natural, local bison, an
OMEGAburger features sustainable wild Coho salmon with Greek yogurt
tartar sauce, and the BERKburger has a killer Hops & Heifers heritage
Berkshire pork patty topped with blue cheese butter and bacon. The
Crispy Clucker is made with Boulder Natural chicken and the Fish n’
Chips is crafted with crispy whitefish. There’s something for the
vegetarians, too; they can dig into the Gonzo Garbanzo made with veggie
falafel.

Of course, the best way to wash down a mouth-watering burger is with a
cold craft beer. CHUBurger features a full bar with 30 taps pouring
Oskar Blues regulars, pilot brews and a rotation of beer in cans and
bottles from America’s favorite craft breweries.

For those looking for a natural, pick-me-up, Hotbox Roasters Café is the
answer. Launched in 2015 by Oskar Blues, Hotbox Roasters sources premium
fair-trade, single-sourced coffee beans from micro-lot farms around the
world, then roasts and cans the beans in reusable and recyclable 12-oz.
cans in Longmont, Colo. Beyond the beans, Hotbox Rosters also produces
Nitro Cold Brew Coffee. The café offers a variety of coffee drinks and
coffee-infused Oskar Blues brews, as well as 13 flavors of homemade
doughnuts, fried pies using a secret recipe from Oskar Blues Founder,
Dale Katechis’ mom, YaYa.

CHUBurger RiNo and Hotbox
Roasters
Café are located at 3490 Larimer St. in Denver. CHUBurger
is open 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily, and Hotbox is open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
daily. Both locations feature indoor and outdoor seating and will host
live music performances at least one night each week. Both restaurants
also give back a percentage of sales to Oskar Blues’ Can’d
Aid Foundation
, which focuses on “do-goodery” efforts that support
kids and the community through its “Towns,” “Tunes,” “Treads + Trails”
and “Love Yur Mama” programs.

From a company that values family and friends, live music and the great
outdoors, both new restaurants offer a variety of events to keep things
fun and fresh for fans. Check out the monthly calendar of all musical
performances to know what’s “HOPenin” at each Oskar Blues Fooderies
location.
