a Chicago-based boutique fitness concept that combines the three
essential elements of fitness – cardiovascular, strength and flexibility
– is closing out the first half of 2016 with impressive mid-year growth
marks.

Most notably, the franchise signed a multi-unit agreement to open its
first location in Chicago proper. The recently signed 10-store deal
includes four Chicago suburb locations in Evanston, Harwood Heights, Oak
Lawn and Park Ridge, as well as six locations in the Andersonville,
Lakeview, Ravenswood, Roscoe Village, South Loop and West Loop
neighborhoods of Chicago. The brand expects one of these units to be in
operation by November 2016 and three more to open by year end 2017.

year’s end, SPENGA expects to have 55 to 60 new franchise agreements
signed to reach the goal of having 135 to 150 locations in various
stages of development by 2019.
