Emergency Room and Urgent Care facility in Carrollton, TX. Code 3 ER at
Carrollton provides full service emergency care 24/7 and is combined
with FASTPASS Urgent Care services for the Carrollton, Castle Hills and
surrounding areas. The state-of-the-art facility is fully staffed with
board certified, experienced, emergency trained physicians, emergency
trained nurses, paramedics and radiology technicians. It is equipped
with 6 emergency patient rooms, 2 urgent care patient rooms, an on-site
lab, CT scanner, digital x-rays, ultra sound, a pharmacy licensed by the
Texas State Board of Pharmacy as well as a COLA accredited lab.

managed by Code 3 Emergency Partners, LLC. In May, 2015, Code 3
Emergency Physicians saw a need for quality emergency care in the
McKinney area and formed their own stand-alone emergency room at The ER
at Craig Ranch and have now expanded to serve the Carrollton community.
