Cygames Announces Closed Beta Test and Official English Website for SHADOWVERSE

TOKYO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Cygames, Inc., developer and operator of popular social games, opened up
applications for the closed beta test of their highly anticipated title
Shadowverse.

Shadowverse is a strategic multiplayer digital card game, and the first
major title in which a tightly knit story comes together with
action-packed card battles. Players can choose from seven protagonists,
each with their own special set of cards including followers, spells,
and field relics. The spotlight feature of Shadowverse is evolving: all
follower cards hold the potential to gain attack, defense, and a host of
tactical effects.

Shadowverse will launch in early 2016 with over 400 cards featuring art
from Cygames’ hit game Rage of Bahamut. In addition, Cygames plans to
hold e-sports tournaments in Japan and other countries.
