EFA Partners Serves as Exclusive Sell-Side Advisor to West World Media in Sale of Company to Webedia

exclusive sell-side advisor for West
World Media in its recently completed
sale to Webedia.

provider of global movie show times, information services and digital
marketing solutions for the media and entertainment industries. Webedia
is a growing French digital publishing company that has been acquiring
or investing in digital entertainment and media companies. Most

in June 2014.
