service, will be available to translate the signs and menus in Disney
World’s four theme parks, catering to more than 100 languages, starting
Wednesday, November 23, 2016.
Launched at the 2012 World Choir Games hosted in Cincinnati, Globili is
now a significant tool for users in addition to event marketers and
venues alike.
As the former managing director for Cincinnati’s notable Fountain
Square, Globili Co-Founder Bill Donabedian witnessed countless
non-English speaking guests struggle to read signs. The idea behind
Globili was born: Combine a sign’s GPS coordinates with translated
content.

Users can download the free app from the iTunes App Store or Google
Play. As they walk through the parks they can see their location and
nearby signs, and click on the image of a sign to read it in their
preferred language.
