JAKKS Pacific and Roxo Strike Exclusive Global Distribution Rights Deal

SANTA MONICA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–One of the leading designers, marketers and distributors of children’s
toys and consumer products, JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (NASDAQ: JAKK) today
announced a worldwide distribution agreement with Roxo, LLC for its
night lights products, Glow Friends™.

The multi-year distribution agreement allows JAKKS to exclusively
promote, market, distribute and sell Glow Friends™ in various channels
worldwide. Glow Friends™ is an innovative, new line of interactive
light-up characters available in 4-inch and 6-inch sizes. When tapped,
the night lights create a colorful light show and the larger size also
includes sound to its luminosity. Roxo has already secured popular
licenses for its Glow Friends™ line from major licensors for top
properties such as PAW Patrol and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
